I’ve recently been on a North-American-treat-baking spree, continued today by the introduction of brownies to my household. Whoever came up with the recipe I used, however, must be mildly retarded, as I cut it in half and used a smaller pan, but got the thinnest brownies ever? Whatever…we will see if they’re delicious when they cool.I hope yes.

My peanut butter chocolate chip cookies were extremely successful, though! I modified the original recipe to make them a tad more chewy and as a result, they actually kept longer. Mmm. I am entirely convinced that I will be photographing all the food I eat on my vacay (Italian, Croatian coastal and Bosnian cuisine? YES PLEASE) and chronicling that, rather than my experiences, haha. Who will be surprised? Nobody.

If you will excuse me, I think I’m going to go put some pants on as I’m expecting company.
